Wall of knowledge!
I found an old dictionary at the local LIONS garage sale and I wallpapered my hallway with it...

Finally complete! a LOT of clag went into this one.....
Hello! Welcome to my post, a post about the wonderful possibilities of junk... Nothing excites me more than junk, a garage sale, a pile of crap on the side of the road - wood, rust, old paint and fabric - is that sad ha ha? The amazing art of up-cycling gets me going, I love the idea of creating something beautiful from items that were headed for landfill. I created this blog because I needed to, I have a lot of thoughts and projects to share. I hope you enjoy...

Dinosaur Jars
I saw these somewhere made with farm animals, Casper is into Dinosaurs, so I found some he had left laying around in the garden and gave it a go....
I found some jars, glued the dinosaurs....
Then sprayed them...
Too easy!....

Recycled Office
Marc and I both do a lot of work from home and once we moved our kitchen out of this tiny nook, we wanted to create a better workspace....
We had this...very sad....
and this...
and with a couple of bits and pieces from the shed and some retro wallpaper we ended up with this .....
Patchwork Lanterns
I had these giant chinese lanterns hanging in my garden, after a while
the sun damaged them and the red fabric and tassels fell apart. I just
couldn't bring myself to throw the wire frames away, so I recovered them
in fabric offcuts and other bits and pieces and hung them in my lounge
room....
