$1 each!
$5!
The girls. I have been carrying these around for years $1 each in an antique shop in katoomba, the frames are one of the few new things I own at $5 each from the bargain bin at Target, I can't believe I paid that!
this would have to be one of my FAVOURITE things - next to Marc and Casper of course. My Mum bought this at an auction and I scored it the minute she decided it didn't suit her house, had to work fast before my sister Tan stepped in....Thanks Pammy!, you know you are never getting it back right?
Hello! Welcome to my post, a post about the wonderful possibilities of junk... Nothing excites me more than junk, a garage sale, a pile of crap on the side of the road - wood, rust, old paint and fabric - is that sad ha ha? The amazing art of up-cycling gets me going, I love the idea of creating something beautiful from items that were headed for landfill. I created this blog because I needed to, I have a lot of thoughts and projects to share. I hope you enjoy...

The Nest
Today I found this adorable little nest, It was laying on the ground in the front garden, I keep telling myself the baby birds have grown up and flown away, they no longer need the nest - this way I don't feel guilty about framing it....
